Organizational Learning & Change
Individual Personal and Professional Growth
Leadership Coaching: The coaching activity is intended to be a collaborative learning process characterized by mutual inquiry and critical reflection. It is a generative approach to development that supports the client in transforming barriers into conscious choices. We recognize that all the answers to life’s questions are within us.  Our role as coach in this re-spiriting journey is to facilitate the discovery process by guiding the client to increased self-awareness and self-disclosure such that new meanings and new possibilities emerge within one’s life.
Culture Change: Inherently, learning and change within an organization suggests that the culture is affected or transformed in some way. The culture of an organization is an emergent property of the norms, values, and lived experiences of the members who reside within the organization; culture “is” the organization, not something it “has”.  Thus, the organization’s culture changes when people change.  The alignment of values, mission, and a vision for the future is achieved through developmental activities utilizing the following methodologies:

Appreciative Inquiry

Organizational Analysis: Approaches and tools are deployed to gather data and evaluate the current performance of the organization.  This informed view serves as the basis to create a collaborative vision of the future.

Instructional Systems Design: At the curricula or course level, our instructional design services realize instruction that attends to the developmental needs of the organization.

Employee Research: Exceptional leaders are employee-centered and actively seek perspectives and opinions to inform positive action within the organization. Both quantitative and qualitative methodologies are utilized to gather and evaluate topic specific employee data to inform organizational development.
