Stacey Starling and Henry Boutros are co-founding Directors of Core Consulting.  They hold the intention to passionately foster transformative learning conditions where clients are inspired to cultivate the capacities to consciously engage in relationships with self and other.

As a human development professional and consultant, Stacey offers more than 20 years experience in the practice of organizational learning and change, and personal / leadership coaching.

She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration, a Masters in Human Resource Development and completed her doctoral studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies in the Transformative Learning and Change program.

In 2006, Stacey completed an Appreciative Inquiry Certificate in Positive Business and Society Change through The Weatherhead School of Management (Case Western University) with David Cooperrider and Ron Fry and has been a Certified Instructor of The Living University founded by Gay and Kathleen Hendricks since 2000.

Additionally, Stacey serves as adjunct faculty at Oakland University in the Department of Education, Human Resource Development.

Henry's progressive professional career is highlighted with 30 years of successful business development, clinical expertise, and educational leadership. His entrepreneurial spirit has contributed to the successful development and operation of a regionally based physical therapy organization, an innovative Complementary and Alternative Rehabilitation Center, and a consulting practice that is dedicated to the integration of business principles and holistic health and wellness. 

 Henry holds a Masters in Education and is a licensed physical therapist.  Additionally, he is a certified energy medicine practitioner with the Barbra Brennan School of Healing and a certified instructor of The Living University.  Henry serves as adjunct faculty at Oakland University in the School of Health Science, Complementary and Alternative Medicine Program.
